ROAR membership
ROAR is a philanthropic organization whose purposes are to:
• Promote and support LGBTQ refugee sponsorship;
• Form and educate sponsorship groups to meet a refugee’s pre- and post-arrival financial, social, practical and emotional needs;
• Support sponsorship group fundraising efforts for refugee resettlement costs;
• Optimize successful LGBTQ refugee resettlement within the local community; and
• Raise awareness of ROAR’s impacts and LGBTQ refugee issues.
Membership is $10 per calendar year. Membership fees cover operating expenses (website, promotional materials, etc.). Members who join by September 1 can vote at ROAR's Annual General Meeting later that month. Members will be sent renewal reminders.

3. In your e-transfer, include a note with the words "Membership for (your first and last name)"
